Dispatch

In general all orders are shipped within 1-2 working days.

Please note - shipping times described below, are after dispatch. Ie receipt of goods = dispatch time + shipping time.

Shipping - UK

For UK, as standard we use Royal Mail 24 which is included in all items prices. Please note this is not a guaranteed 24 hour delivery!

For orders over £15, Royal Mail 24 recorded delivery is included as standard.

For expedited delivery, there is an upgrade option at checkout to use Special Delivery next day, 1pm. This is a Monday-Friday service only.

Note - for either recorded delivery or special delivery someone must be in to sign for the package, otherwise it gets returned to the depot. A card will be left through your door. If uncollected after a week, sadly, it gets returned to us.
